Rory Hennessy, Immigration Adviser
As a former practicing lawyer, I currently hold a current provisional license to provide immigration advice with a full-licence holder supervising my work until February 2021. This means clients benefit from receiving two advisers for the price of one.
I have come to immigration law over time, initially studying immigration law at Victoria University and later, having worked as a Solicitor in Nelson. Since early 2019, I have focused my efforts full-time into immigration advice. I offer practical experience working with clients from various countries, languages and backgrounds. More formally, my legal training helps me to spot potential issues clients may encounter, and makes me aware of what could go wrong in various situations.
In my spare time I am passionate about exploring New Zealand's great countryside, enjoying the classic Kiwi past-time of hiking. I love to travel and share my experiences with others. With that in mind, I offer my clients a genuine and safe experience - whether they're seeking seeking to make New Zealand home long term or just for a visit.
